The Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, a Portuguese private institution, is accepting submissions for its annual prize for the 2016 edition.

Since 2012, the prize distinguishes people or institutions that have made outstanding contributions for the promotion of Human Rights and human condition all over the world. The members of the Jury of this prize are former Portuguese President, Mr. Jorge Sampaio; former President of Cape Verde, Commander Pedro Pires, HRH Princess Rym Ali of Jordan and two other prestigious Portuguese academics.
